Join us for a hands-on weekend of discovery as part of British Science Week at the Community Greenhouse in Stronsay!

🗓 Saturday 7th March | 10am–12pm
🗓 Sunday 8th March | 12pm–2pm

Come along and explore:

🧪 Soil Testing Station – test pH and discover soil layers
🪱 Explore the Wormery – see how worms turn waste into compost
🌱 Start Your Own Growing – plant seeds to take home
🌼 Make Wildflower Seed Bombs
♻️ Seed-Paper Making – craft recycled paper with seeds

Join Shani, Vicki and Marion for fun activities for all ages – youth and adult sessions designed to be fully multigenerational. Bring the bairns, bring the grandparents, or just bring yourself!

This is a relaxed, welcoming space to learn something new, get your hands dirty and celebrate science, sustainability and growing together.
