Tai Chi for Arthritis with Jim Lawson. For all abilities, focusing on learning the adapted short hand form, together with loosening up exercises. This type of Tai Chi can be done while seated. Meet at the Kirk Hall. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Will last approximately one hour.

Wudang Style Tai Chi (NOTE change of venue)

Wudang Style Tai Chi with Jim Lawson. Approximately a two-hour long session introducing the hand form, qigong exercises and stepping drills. All abilities welcome. Meet at the Kirk Hall. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
