The plan is to turn the village into Bethlehem for a couple of hours one afternoon.
Everyone is invited to come and watch Mary and Joseph as they travel through
Bethlehem trying to find accomodation for the birth of their baby. We will then see the shepherds hear the good news, and meet the Wise men arriving from the East.
This will finish with the stable in the Fishmart, where we can sing some carols and then enjoy some festive snacks with a cuppa.
I am hoping that everyone will become involved by wearing suitable clothing (a dressing gown and a teatowel?) to be a villager, or we can have any number of shepherds, angels and kings. Adults can take part with their children.
